IF YOU DID NOT WIN - You will have been sent an email showing the cancellation of your ballot order. Any funds that you authorised have been voided and will return to you in due course depending on your financial institution

IF YOU HAVE WON ALL YOUR ITEMS - You will NOT have received an email. While I would have liked to send you all a winning email, with all the hoohah around this release, my time has been destroyed having to deal with other matters. And our system does not allow me to do it in bulk.
Essentially, if you entered the ballot and HAVE NOT received an email. You have won all the items you placed an entry for. Check your account on our website or your payment authorisation and it should have changed.
If you are uncertain or wish to clarify, please comment below or message us for confirmation and give us your real name you ordered with. I will endeavor to get back to these ASAP if there are not too many.

Now for some general information an udates around this release. I hope to clear up some things and answer some ongoing questions for you. I know this post is long, but it is all important. Information is in no particular order, just as it comes to my mind as I am writing this.

When you made a ballot order, you AUTHORISED payment to us, we only took your funds once needed. Otherwise we voided the authorisation. Just like booking into a hotel or getting a hire car, they will take you card details and authorise payment in case you go hard on the mini bar or steal the curtains!

We had over 1000 ballot entries that were doubles or more. This took a large amount of time to indentify and cancel, but I was determined to be as thorough as I could so we could get as many items to genuine customers. Yes, some would have been missed and snuck through, but I did my best.

We have had dozens of customers who did not win everything ring up or call complaining about it. And asking to cancel their entire order. This is slowng things up as well.

For those customers that won some or all of the items and who did not fully authorise payment or chose bank deposit, payments need to be finalised by Tuesday 08.10.24 or your order will be cancelled.

I did the work on the ballot entirely myself. Staff handled our in store sales and were mostly catching up on orders from our 30% off birthday sale. I managed to get all orders processed about 30 hours after the ballot ended which despite everything, was not too bad. It could have been better if not for all the difficult transactions I have had to deal with and the internet was faster here.

We have a public holiday here Monday and my most senior staff member who is charge of mail is on annual leave. So whilst we will always try to ship orders promptly, there will be some delay in getting these orders out. Please be patient.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ASKED TO CANCEL AS THEY HAVE WON ELSEWHERE - We love and appreciate your honesty and fairness, well done! If everyone can please keep in mind that this also slows up the process BUT it is important part of who we are and make no excuses if it holds things up, it means we get to share things around better with our wonderful customers.

WE WILL HAVE MORE TO SELL - Once everthing is reconciled, orders posted and cancellations processed, all of which is a work in progress, we will have a good amount left over. We will advertise this stock online late next week hopefully so stay tuned. As for silver proofs, we do have a handful left. We always keep some in reserve in case of mistakes or errors. The method of selling these is as yet undecided.
