Due to constant changes in the marketplace and issues resulting from “hype” and high demand products, we need to set in place the following terms around pre orders. While these terms may not suit everyone, they need to be in place for clarity of staff and customers as well as protect the business from “flippers”, “scalpers” and dubious orders. It is also needed to accurately regulate stock levels on products that are in very limited supply.
Unfortunately, there have been customers that have not played fair and make it hard for our great genuine customers, this policy aims to reduce the risk to our business and improve availability to our genuine customers while at the same time, penalising those unwanted customers.

But here is a breakdown of some key points.
~ All pre orders MUST be paid for at order time to secure the order
~ Any special pre-order pricing will finish within 1-2 weeks of final release date.
~ Pre orders cannot be cancelled within 30 days of release
~ There will be NO REFUNDS OR REMORSE RETURNS on pre order stock
~ We will not hold pre order stock unless it is paid for
~ If you do cancel, return or reduce an order, an amount for non refundable fees from our payment providers will apply. We may also apply an administration fee of $10 or 10% of order value (whichever is greater) at our discretion.
