The 2006 Eight Coin Proof Set commemorates the 40th anniversary of Australia's change to decimal currency. For the first time since 1991 this set incudes reproductions of the 1 and 2 cent coins, as well as a reproduction of the original round 50c piece, not seen in circulation since 1966.
