Following their 2008 AFL Grand Final win, the Hawthorn Hawks are celebrated with this Medallion and stamp cover, the winners trophy at the forefront of the Commemorative medallion's design.
The cover features a stamp with a face value of 55c, as well as a second stamp dedicated the Hawks, without a face value.
