In 2016, we are proud to honour the sporting elite who will be representing Australia in Rio de Janeiro at the Summer Paralympic Games with a specially designed commemorative $2 coin.

This is the first Australian $2 coin to feature multiple colour, representitive of the Australian Paralympic Committee logo. The Design embodies the International Paralympic Committee's motto 'Spirit in Motion', capturing a moment in a wheelchair race at its dynamic best.

As and official licensee of the 2016 Australian Paralympic Team, we have produced this special coin to encapsulate the pride we feel in our Paralympians.
