At the eleventh hour, of the eleventh day, of the eleventh month, AUstralians pause to remember the fallen in war. Since 1919, the 11th of November has been referred to as Armistice Day, it commemorates the anniversary of 1918 Armistice that brought an end to the First World War, the title was changed to Remembrance Day in honour of all who died in wars and armed conflict. With this $2 Coloured coin, the Royal Australian Mint commemorates a century of remembrance in Australia.
