The Tooth Fairy is a childhood icon and is known to collect children's lost baby teeth and replace them with a coin to recognise the important childhood milestone. Celebrated in Australia since 1920, the Tooth Fairy has visited millions of households across the country. This coin in card will be treasured by children excited to lose their teeth.

2024 is the fifth year the Royal Australian Mint has launched a Tooth Fairy product, following its successful debut in 2020. The 2024 release features a fun coin design and packaging illustrations.

Australian's have been celebrating the Tooth Fairy tradition since 1920. The Tooth Fairy usually visits overnight to collect the child's tooth and replace it with a coin. While notes are sometimes given by parents, coins tend to be favoured by children and are traditionally given.

The Tooth Fairy Coin in Card features a playful fairy sitting on a mushroom with elaborate script that matches the text on the packaging. The Royal Australian Mint takes its job as official coin supplier to the Tooth Fairy very seriously and trusts the fairy will be pleased with this new release!
