The Bathurst 2020 race, the last Bathurst with Holden factory support, was won by Shane van Gisbergen and Garth Tander's ZB Commodore, the former withstanding two late Safety Car periods and a chasing pack to claim victory over the Ford Mustang GT. Shane van Gisbergen also achieved victory in the same ZB Commodore in the opening races of 2021 Supercards Championship at Bathurst, Sandown and Symmons Plains.
