With massive demand around new Royal Australian Mint releases, we will be trialling a new sales system for upcoming releases.

We always go to great lengths to ensure that we give a fair go to as many customers as we possibly can, but with recent hijacks by bots and buyers consistantly attempting to purchase above the limit quantities using multiple accounts our usual release strategy will be changing.
We will structure all major new releases as follows, keeping in mind that limits will apply regardless of how you order and we WILL NOT accept early orders before the times mentioned below.
IN STORE - Walk in customers will be served two at a time in our retail store from 9:00am to 5:00pm on release days. We will only have two staff assigned to this task, hence the traffic limit. You will be asked for your name and your ID to ensure limits are followed.
PHONE ORDERS - Phone orders will be taken from 9:00am to 5:00pm on release days. You will be asked for your name, postal address and email. Once the call is complete, the staff member will organise an invoice and email it to you for payment, and once paid, your order will be secure. We will only have two staff to answer phones so please be patient. Payment required within 3 business days to secure the order.
EMAIL ORDERS - ALL EMAIL ORDERS TO "orders@onlinecoins.com.au".
We will accept email order requests from 8:30am to 5:00pm on release days. One staff member will be assigned to this and they will respond to emails in chronological order as soon as possible. When placing an order, please ensure you provide accurate email, name, address and order details. We will then send you an invoice for payment, and once paid, your order will be secured. Email orders will close at 5:00pm meaning any email orders that have not been sent an invoice by this time have been unsucessful. We will not accept email orders for new releases after 5:00pm. Payment required within 3 business days to secure the order.
ONLINE ORDERS - Any new release stock remaining after 5:00pm will be advertised at a RANDOM time of our choosing that evening. Please keep in mind that if you have a confirmed order from earlier in the day and you and order again online. Both your orders will be cancelled as per our terms.
RECOVERED SALES - Any stock that is recovered from duplicate or bot orders from our online sales will be sold at a future time. This may be in the form of further instore, email and phone orders, bundles, and eBay sales at our discretion and a retail price of our choosing.
